Base Strategies has implemented a Customer Care Loyalty Program. Clients are asked to evaluate our performance by filling out a "Base Strategies Report Card", this
is the initial stage of an ongoing program. Our team is committed to doing
what we do well better, and regular client feedback is critical to this
process. Client feedback is important, and we want to do everything we can
to improve on areas that are priorities for them. We also want to continue
doing things our clients like! Client insights will not only help us improve
overall service, but also make sure clients have input into our priorities
as a services firm. Our ultimate goal is to make Base Strategies as valuable to
